The Relationship between Knowledge and Values  
from the Point of View of Hermeneutic Philosophy 
(summary) 
 
The relationship between knowledge and values has been one of the most 
important questions throughout the history of philosophy. There are various 
philosophical perspectives on these problems. Positivism and historicism are very 
important in this context. Various philosophers have examined the relationship 
between knowledge and value. Dilthey, Gadamer and Gasset carried out important 
studies in this context. 
Human being is a being that creates meanings and values. There are a va-
riety of types of values: ethical, aesthetic, religious. Where is the ontological basis 
of the values? This is an important debate among philosophers. Hartmann and 
Mengüshoglu argues non-historical and universal that of values. Knowledge and 
values  are historical for Dilthey. Our knowledge is always related to values. In 
other words, "knowledge consciousness" goes hand in hand with "value conscious-
ness." The searching of objective knowledge are not independent from the values .

(резюме) 
 
Эта статья посвящена исследованию отношения знания и ценностей с 
точки  зрения  герменевтической  философии.  Вопрос  о  связи  знания  и 
ценности был одним из важных в истории философии.  
Существуют различные точки зрения на соотношение этих понятий. В 
этом плане очень большое значение имеют позитивизм и историцизм. Филосо-
фы  по-разному  трактовали  связь  знания  и  ценности.  В  этом  плане  представ-
ляют интерес взгляды на проблему Дильтея, Гадамера и Ортега-и-Гассета. 
Человек – существо, создающее понятия и ценности. Между филосо-
фами существуют серьезные разногласия относительно онтологического фун-
дамента ценностей. Согласно Гартману и Менгюсоглы, ценности абсолютны, 
неисторичны. Для Дильтея знания и ценности историчны. Наши знания всег-
да  связаны  с  ценностями.  Другими  словами,  знаниевое  сознание  и  ценност-
ное  сознание  соответствуют  друг  другу.  Исследования  объективного  знания 
зависят от ценностного.

Armenian terrorism  
as influence factor in forming of the

Introduction 
Having its own history from the level of local occurrence terrorism 
became a negative global socio-political occurrence. “International terro-
rism, using support of some countries, attacks world order, tries to create 
new confrontation lines on the basis of extremism, chauvinism, and separa-
tism ideologies, tries to change the established boarders.” [2, p.15-16]. The 
main targets of terrorism are national security of countries – independence, 
territorial integrity, sovereignty, constitutional system, governing system, 
state power, socio-political stability, economic, cultural, national-moral, 
religious development, and international security – relations among govern-
ments, duologue among nations, cultures, religions, civilizations, worldwide 
values, contemporary globalization process.  
The word “terror” derived from the Latin language means fear and 
horror [11, p.23]. The term of terrorism was used for defining the repression 
policy carried out by Jacobins during Great French Bourgeois Revolution at 
the end of XVIII century [6, p.214]. So terrorism was first used as a political

activity method by radical revolutionists for the repression of their political 
opponents.  
Terrorism is as violence or the threat of violence perpetrated with the 
purpose of violating public security and intimidating, adopting decisions 
pursuant to the interests of terrorists (that is the subjects of the crime) or 
revenging. 
One of the main kinds of terrorism is international terrorism. Armeni-
an terrorism is a constituent part of international terrorism. At present Ar-
menian terrorism is of global danger. It is directed not only against one 
country or certain region, but as a whole against the world. From this point 
of view, carrying out scientific researches related to revealing (clarifying) 
the essence of Armenian terrorism, learning its subjects, targets and me-
thods, and at the same time investigating the ways of preventing Armenian 
terror is a matter of urgency today. 
 
1. Armenian terrorism as a constituent part of international 
terrorism 
For the first time conception of “International Terrorism” appeared in 
the 70-ties of XX century. This term that emerged during “Cold war” in the 
period of opposition of two systems was used for indication of the shown 
state support of each side to the terrorists (separatists) that were acting on 
the territory of rival camp. Seldom discussed within UN issues of “state 
terrorism” and “international terrorism problems” found its recognition only 
in the middle of 80-ties, especially after adoption of the “Inadmissibility of 
the policy of State terrorism and any actions by States aimed at undermining 
the socio-political system in other sovereign States ”Resolution by the UN 
General Assembly during its 34
th 
session. 
A terrorist act can be classified as act of international terrorism in the 
following cases: 
1)
 
When it creates a threat to relations between governments, interna-
tional regime, security and violates international law norms and inter-
national interests of states. 
2)
 
When a person commits a terrorist act against foreign citizen on
