The  Caspian  European  Club  (CEIBC)  is  the  largest  and 
dynamically  developing  regional  organization  that  brings 
together  over  5000  member  companies  and  organizations 
from  50  countries  around  the  world  operating  (or  having 
intentions to work) in the Caspian, Black Sea and Baltic regions.
CEIBC was established in June 2002 in association with Caspian 
Energy International Media Group and under intensive support 
of largest oil & gas companies operating in the Caspian-Black 
Sea region.
Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been 
a Chairman of the Caspian European Club.
“Caspian  Energy  jurnalı”  MMC  has  been  announced  a 
managing company to arrange the activity of the Club. CEIBC 
is  headquartered  in  Baku,  the  only  littoral  capital  in  the

The  basis  of  the  “Caspian  Pipe  Coatings”  (CPC)  LLC  was 
founded in 2002, after signing the “Contract of the Century” 
and realization of the “New oil strategy” in Azerbaijan. The 
major  founder  of  the  “Caspian  Pipe  Coatings”  LLC,  which 
had re-registered in 2007, as an entirely local company is the 
SOCAR. During 16 years activity the CPC, had taken part in 
the  range  of  important  regional  and  local  projects,  hereby, 
had gained unique experience and became a sole enterprise 
in the its operating field in the Caspian region. “Caspian Pipe 
Coatings” LLC possess highly qualified professional staff in the 
field of pipe coating. The Director of the enterprise is Mr. Azer 
N. Isayev.

Scientific  and  practical  Coiled  Tubing  Times  Journal  is  the 
only periodical in Russia and the CIS countries that is entirely 
devoted  to  state-of-the-art  high-tech  oil  and  gas  service 
and particularly to coiled tubing technologies and hydraulic 
fracturing.
Coiled Tubing Times is the only journal in Russia that has a right
