Nəzərə almaq lazımdır ki, reproduktiv yaşda olan və hormonal 

kontraseptiv preparatlar qəbul edən qadınlara antifibrinolitik 

dərmanların təyin edilməsi məsləhət deyil, çünki DDL sindromuna 

təkan verə bilər. Qanaxma zamanı Villebrand faktoru 25 BV /kq 

çəkiyə 12-24 saatdan bir qanaxma dayanana qədər vurulmalıdır. 

Qadınlarda bu növ qanaxmalar zamanı qanda faktorun səviyyəsini 

50%-ə, güclü və davamlı qanaxmalarda (mədə-bağırsaq, daxili 

orqanlarda qanaxmalar zamanı) 60-80%-ə, beyin qanaxmaları  və 

cərrahi əməliyyat zamanı 80-100%-ə qaldırmaq lazımdır.
