Integration, as a new and swiftly spiraling trend in economic development, could not but involve Central Asia as well. Intensification of the integration processes between Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan is determined by the similarity of economic, social and environmental problems. Objective potentialities and prerequisites for the amalgamation of the Central Asian states’ economics and their development on the common integrated basis are encouraged by its high degree of interaction which fosters cooperation of the most diverse integration forms, and existing integrated electrical power systems, oil and gas pipe lines, railway lines and communications, and, finally, balance of strategic forces maintaining political, international and social stability.
