Ortalama. Maksimum ve minimum değerler sırası ile 1.99; 4,70 ve 0,91 olarak
saptandı.
Sonuç olarak gebelik boyunca, doğumda ve doğumdan hemen sonra hiçbir
maternal ya da fetal anormalliğin saptanmadığı, tamamen normal gebelerde,
umblikal arter, uterin arter ve fetal orta serebral arterdeki Doppler indeks değerlerinin
gebeliğin ilerleyen dönemlerindeki gösterdikleri değişimleri literatürde aynı konuda
yapılmış çalışmalar ile benzerlik göstermektedir. Kendi popülâsyonumuz için elde
ettiğimiz bu normal değerlerin ışığı altında başta İUGG ve preeklampsi olmak
üzere gebeliği komplike hale getiren birçok patolojik durumda, RDUS 'nin tanı ve
takipte daha önemli bir yere sahip olacağını düşünmekteyiz.

ÖZET
18–37. haftalardaki normal gebelerde umblikal, uterin ve fetal orta serebral
arter Doppler indeks değerlerinin 2. ve 3. trimesterden terme kadar olan değişimini
saptayarak kendi popülâsyonumuz için normal değerlerini oluşturmak amaçlandı.
Tüm gebelik boyunca ve doğumda, maternal ya da fetal herhangi bir
komplikasyon yada patolojinin izlenmediği 23’ü 18–24 haftalık, 46’sı 25–30 haftalık,
25’i 31–37 haftalık olmak üzere toplam 94 normal gebede bir kez, rutin obstetrik
ultrasonografı incelemesini takiben, umblikal, uterin ve fetal orta serebral arterlerde
Doppler incelemeleri gerçekleştirildi. Doppler indeksleri olarak S/D, PI ve RI değerleri
hesaplandı. Tüm ölçümler Toshiba Aplio cihazı ve 3,75 mHZ konveks prob
kullanılarak, tek uygulayıcı tarafından gerçekleştirildi. Gebelik haftaları ilerledikçe
umblikal ve uterin arterlere ait tüm Doppler indeks değerlerinde azalma görüldü.
Sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak değerlendirildi ve gebeliğin ilerleyen haftaları ile birlikte
umblikal ve uterin arterlere ait doppler indeks değerlerindeki azalma anlamlı bulundu.
incelenen gebelerde umblikal, uterin ve fetal orta serebral arter Doppler indeks
değerlerinin ilerleyen gebelik haftaları ile birlikte fetoplasental dolaşımda oluşan
fizyolojik değişikliklere paralel olarak çeşitli değişimlere uğradıkları saptandı.
