Between 2010 and 2016, 40 of the 79 graduate theses related to
the use of technology in foreign language teaching were taught by an
Assist. Assoc. Dr., 26 are Assoc. Dr. and 13 is a Professor. Dr. prepared
with a thesis advisor who has the title. When the thesis is examined
according to the level of education, five doctorates, and 35 theses. Assoc.
Dr., three doctoral and 23 master's thesis Assoc. Dr. and six doctoral and
seven master's thesis. Dr. has been consulted by teaching staff members
who have the title. When considering the number of doctoral theses, Prof.
Dr. it is seen that the consulting distribution of the teaching members
with the title is higher than the others. Assisted in this second. Assoc.
Dr. . This situation, in our country, with the decision taken in the year,
one master thesis did not manage Assist. Assoc. Dr. can not be assigned
as a consultant to a doctoral dissertation. If we rank the total number of
graduate thesis advisors according to titles at the most, then rank first.
Assoc. Dr. second ranked Assoc. Dr. and the third is Prof. Dr. It comes.
Most of the researchers in technology and foreign language teaching
Assist. Assoc. Dr. can be said to be directly proportional to the average
age of the academic members of our country's academic mosque. So
much so that the lowest class in this average is Asst. Assoc. Dr. and I
think that the rapid changes and developments in computer technology
since the 1980s have changed the world of information and habits of
children in those years and they are more related to technology. Assoc.
Dr. it can be said that the thesis advisors with the title are also related to
this field.
According to the collected information, "Gazi University" has taken
the first place with 12 graduate theses prepared in the related field, it is
composed of 10 theses with Middle East Technical University, 7 thesis
with "Çağ University", 5 thesis with "Cukurova and Anadolu
Universities" , "Bahçeşehir, Hacettepe and İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent
Universities" with 4'er thesis, "Dicle and Muğla Sıtkı Koçman
Universities" with 3'er thesis and "Afyon Kocatepe, Çanakkale Onsekiz
Mart, İstanbul, Uludağ and Yeditepe Universities ". "Abant İzzet Baysal,
Atatürk, Fatih, Fırat, Istanbul Aydin, Karadeniz Teknik, Mersin,
Necmettin Erbakan, Ondokuz May, Pamukkale, Ufuk and Zonguldak
Karaelmas Universities" prepared a thesis on using technology in foreign
language teaching. When Bbulgular was evaluated regarding post-
graduate education levels, "Gazi University" ranked first with four
doctoral theses while "Middle East Technical University" ranked second
with two doctoral theses and "Hacettepe and Çukurova Universities"
ranked second with two doctoral theses. "Anatolia, Çanakkale Eighteen
March and Yeditepe Universities" 1 doctoral dissertation was prepared.
In other universities, no doctoral dissertation was found in the relevant
area. Between 2010 and 2016, it was determined that postgraduate
theses related to the use of technology in the foreign language teaching
screened in YÖK National Dissertation Center database were prepared in
14 universities with 14 doctorates, 65 graduate thesis and 79 graduate
theses in total.
It has been determined that postgraduate theses prepared in the
related field are prepared in 4 different institutes. These institutes are
Institutes of Science, Educational Sciences, Informatics and Social
Sciences. According to the findings, Educational Sciences Institute is
