INTRODUCTION
The topicality and necessity of the research: Currently, there is a trend in world linguistics towards a more thorough study of the relationship between language and culture. This connection is revealed most fully in the vocabulary of a particular language. The differences between lexical means are most clearly seen in the differences between lexical systems, in the specifics of the relationships that link lexical units to each other. Through the systemic lexical reflection of one or another area of reality in a latent form, national peculiarities of thinking, peculiarities of the psychological perception of the surrounding life and people's attitudes to certain aspects of it can be reflected. To establish common national psychological characteristics inherent in all representatives of a given language group, it is most expedient to study the semantic areas closest to everyday life and the general culture of a person, which play an important role in his life. It is to everyday vocabulary familiar to every native speaker that the construction vocabulary considered in this work belongs.

Over the past decade in world linguistics there has been an increasing interest in the linguistic analysis of the special vocabulary of certain areas of knowledge: aviation terminology, military vocabulary and terminology), computer terminology, sports terminology and a number of other areas of knowledge. There are studies of the features of architectural vocabulary. However, these works are devoted to the study of other sections of the architectural vocabulary or certain aspects of only Uzbek or only English terminology.

The topicality of the problem of comparing (especially systemic) terminologies is due to the improvement in the quality of translation of terms, the constant interest of translators and terminologists in establishing reliable equivalents of terms in translation dictionaries of special vocabulary.
