2.6. NOISE AND AIR POLLUTION SENSITIVE RECEPTORS

The following table summarizes the noise sensitive receptors, required intensive mitigation measures during the construction of the road.

    During detailed design, extensive studies were carried out along the alignment to determine the most appropriate form of protection. The mitigation methods selected are shown in the table below. These are incorporated in the drawings and bill of quantities.
