5.3 Recommendations
 
5.3.1 For Taiwan-based Companies
Regarding language barrier, company is not only offer free Chinese course to 
Vietnamese employees, but also offer Vietnamese course to Taiwanese employees. As I 
know that “learn more a language, know more a culture”, so that both Taiwanese and 
Vietnamese would be understanding the culture of each other and it could be beneficial 
in communication as well as more convenient on working. Moreover, company should 
have exchanging activities to share the information, specialized knowledge, skills such 
as have a short meeting, freedom of short talk, tea time talking, so on, between 
Taiwanese employees and Vietnamese employees. In this way, it could shorten the 
distance between manager and employee as well as develop good relationship between 
them. 
In term of employee recruitment, company could be contracting with foreign 
language universities to recruit the excellent students after graduating. Company could 
offer the scholarship packages and guarantee that they will assign a job to those

students after they graduated. For companies located far from city should provide 
dormitory, cafeteria and shuttle bus to employees who live far away from their home. It 
might an effectively way to recruit and attract local talents.
