Saadi also expressed his opinion about the teacher and the student, and the pompous and 
decorative words of some preachers in the teaching do not touch me at all, because what they say 
does not correspond to what they do [6; p. 73], he says. Therefore, only if the words of the 
preacher will correspond to his actions, he will reach his listeners, and they will respect him. 
Taking into account the listener’s indifference to knowledge, Saadi told the teacher: «Say what 
you know, and if they don’t listen to what you say, it’s their own fault» [6; p. 120], he says.
«Adab–ul–mutallimin» («Education of a student») Nasiruddin Tusi, consisting of twelve 
chapters [7; 25 p.] in his treatise, he focuses on the relationship between the teacher and the 
student, and the student must «choose the most literate, the most faithful and the best» [7; p.10], 
and the companion «should be chosen from benevolent, believing, truthful and virtuous people» 
[7; p. 10], he says. 
In addition, Tusi said, «When learning science, a student should not sit close to the teacher 
during the lesson unless it is necessary. There should be a distance between him and the teacher 
– this distance is a sign of respect» [7; p. 12], – quotes. The scientist honored the teacher and 
said, «It is necessary to show great respect to science and people of science from a sincere heart» 
[7; p. 16], he says. 
In another story, after Alexander defeated a city, he did not stop killing its inhabitants. Aristotle 
immediately wrote a letter of advice to him and said: «If you had an excuse to kill the enemy 
before the victory, what excuse can you give to kill your subjects after the victory? » [8; p. 198] 
– says. In this story, it is mentioned that the teacher guides his student to be humane and just. 
CONCLUSION.
Cultural life is interpreted as a set of things and events that make up the 
content of society and the lives of people working in it. Based on this point of view, it is not an 
exaggeration to say that didactic works serve to reveal the concept and content of the 
development of society, social relations. Because each didactic work speaks of the environment 
in which it was created. It reveals its social, spiritual, educational and cultural values. 
In his work, Tusi details Iskandar’s relationship with his teacher. Alexander was asked: «Do you 
love your father or your teacher more?” He said, «My teacher.» My father brought me to the 
mortal world, and my teacher gave me eternity” [8; p. 194]. This shows that the wisdom «the 
teacher is great as your father” is not in vain. When parents give birth to their child with love, 
raise and educate him, the teacher teaches his student knowledge and serves to make him a 
perfect person. 
At a time when the main goal is to create the foundation of the third Renaissance in our country, 
it is important to solve such urgent tasks as educating the younger generation in the spirit of its 
noble traditions based on the spiritual heritage of great thinkers. Especially the upbringing of an 
enlightened perfect personality, education, which is considered the basis for the development of 
society, the pursuit of knowledge throughout life and the teacher–student relationship has not 
lost its significance so far.
