Conclusion


Here has presented the methodology for collection of data for this study to answer the research questions and determine the need for Uzbek tour operators and specialists to improve their offerings by greater diversity of tourism products. Interview questions have been designed to obtain opinions of international visitors about their ideas and opinions about what kind of services and tour products should be offered.


CHAPTER 4

RESULTS

INTRODUCTION


This chapter presents the results of data collected during individual and group interviews with representatives of travel agencies in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. During the interview, general or similar topics have been identified. Data analysis revealed patterns, relationships, and trends, as well as major and minor themes based on the analysis have been figured out.

Profile of respondents


Individual and group interviews were conducted with travel agencies in Samarkand (n=8). The survey involved 4 men and 4 women, the average age of which was 35 years. Most of them work, one of them is already retired. Most respondents were married, almost all have children. To comply with the principles of confidentiality, the real names of some respondents were changed and pseudonyms were used, as the respondents wanted to remain anonymous.
