Topics that were identified during the study of data collection
Three main themes were identified during the study of the collected data, which are presented as follows: (1) Possibility of creation of new jobs in the future, (2) Availability of tourism products and services for the creation of future tour programs, and developing start up projects, (3) Role of strategy for attracting new customers and save existing clients. The topics mentioned above will be explored further by analyzing the opinions, impressions, reflections, feelings and feedback of the respondents. These topics will allow you to understand the need for the development and promotion of a tour company, and for the latest start ups in Uzbekistan, and will allow you to answer research questions.
THEME 1: Possibility of creation of new jobs in the future.
Working in the tourism industry can be an exciting and fulfilling job for those who enjoy interacting with people and exploring new destinations. This industry offers a wide range of job roles such as travel agents, tour guides, hotel staff, event planners, and many more. One of the reasons why people are interested in working in the tourism industry is because it allows them to connect with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds. It also provides the opportunity to travel and explore new destinations. Working in this industry requires good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service.
Also (Komil aged 25 ) noted that this is the work of getting acquainted, visiting, traveling to another country by the same meeting, planning tour programs for foreign tourists, this profession is very interesting for all the things that are listed above. (Durdona aged 20) also noted that it is very convenient work, especially for students and also an acceptable salary. In addition (Nelli aged 36) said that she loves to travel very much, and this helped her to choose this particular position. The tourism industry has great potential for job creation both now and in the future. As people continue to travel for business and leisure, there will always be a need for skilled workers in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
To create new jobs in tourism, there are a few strategies that could be considered. One option is to invest in infrastructure projects, such as building new hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions. This would create construction jobs in the short term, and then provide ongoing employment opportunities in the long term.
Another approach is to focus on developing niche tourism markets, such as ecotourism or adventure tourism. This would require specialized training and expertise in these areas, which could lead to the creation of new jobs.
In addition, the use of technology can also help to create new jobs in tourism. For example, virtual reality and augmented reality experiences could be developed to enhance the visitor experience, while also creating new jobs in programming and digital design.
