EVALUATION OF STUDENTS' KNOWLEDGE

Intermediate controls. Mid-term examinations are held once during the semester - in the 8th week of the academic semester and are evaluated with a maximum of 20 points. Also, the independent work done by the students during the weeks of the semester is summarized and analyzed in the form of a portfolio. Independent works under the guidance of the teacher are evaluated with a maximum of 30 points depending on the quality of their performance.
In accordance with the "Regulation on the evaluation system for monitoring student knowledge in higher education institutions" attached to the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2018, students who have achieved the AS- level in the subject will be subject to final control. That is, the student must accumulate at least 60 percent of the maximum points allocated for midterm control and independent study assignments during the semester.
Final control (exit control).
The final control will be conducted in the form of a written work and control options will consist of 2 theoretical questions and 1 problem. The student's mastery in the final control is evaluated in a system of maximum 50 points. The score collected by the student from the intermediate and final control types determines the mastery index of the subject, and the evaluation index is determined based on the following table.
