DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES APPLICATION IN THE BANKING SECTOR OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
The digitization of the economy is causing serious problems for existing business models,
including structural divisions
of the banking system, which is currently undergoing a
transformation process around the world. Focusing on customers and personalizing the
offer are key components of a digital banking strategy. For its effective implementation, it is
necessary to solve tasks aimed at the accumulated experience of customers, as well as the
introduction of innovations that support the interests of customers. The article discusses the
areas of application of digital technologies in the banking sector of Uzbekistan, as well as in
the world's
leading banking structures, and highlights the problems and prospects of
digitalization of banking business.

Bugungi kunda dunyo raqamli texnologiyalar tomonidan boshqariladigan sifatli yutuq
yoqasida, bu muammoni hal qilishda anʼanaviy yondashuvlarni to‘liq qayta ko‘rib chiqishga
va noyob tajribani yaratishga olib keladigan biznesni qurishning tubdan yangi modeli. Bu
jarayon bank sektoriga ham taʼsir ko‘rsatdi. Bugungi kunda Yevropa, Yaqin Sharq va Afrikada
to‘lovlarning 39 foizi kontaktsiz texnologiyalar yordamida amalga oshiriladi, Osiyoda 37 foiz,
mobil to‘lovlar esa butun dunyo bo‘ylab o‘rtacha 18 foizni tashkil etadi.
Gartner tadqiqot va konsalting kompaniyasi maʼlumotlariga ko‘ra, raqamlashtirish
butun dunyo bo‘ylab bank sanoati uchun strategik ustuvor yo‘nalishga aylandi,

2018 yilda IT-texnologiyalariga qariyb 519 milliard dollar sarflagan, bu 2017 yilga nisbatan
4,1 foizga ko‘p, O‘zbekiston banklari ham bundan mustasno emas, ular ko‘zning to‘r pardasi
va barmoq izlari bo‘yicha mijozlarni identifikatsiyalash, mijozlarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va
aloqa
markazlari uchun chat-botlar, eng ilg‘or texnologiyalardan foydalangan holda
loyihalarni amalga oshirmoqda.
Raqamlashtirilishdan foydalangan holda banklar mijozlarga
takomillashtirilgan
xizmatlarni taqdim eta oladi, bu ularga qulaylik yaratadi va vaqtni tejashga yordam beradi,
shuningdek, inson xatolari sonini kamaytiradi va shu tariqa mijozlarning sodiqligini oshiradi
hamda raqamlashtirish mijozlarga naqd pulsiz operatsiyalarni osonlashtirish orqali ham
foyda keltiradi. Shu sababli ham bugungi kunda raqamli texnologiyalarni samarali qo‘llash
orqali banklarda xizmat ko‘rsatish
jarayonlarini yaxshilash, banklarning raqamli
transformatsiyasini amalga oshirish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
