I. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS 

 

Program – state support of scientific research conducted under the direction of leading scientists in 

Russian educational institutions of higher education, scientific institutions subordinate to the 

Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations, and state scientific centers of the Russian Federation 

within the subprogram «Institutional development of science and research sector» of the state 

program «Development of science and technology» of the Russian Federation for years 2013 – 

2020. 

 

Grant of the Government of the Russian Federation – funds provided to a Russian educational 

institution of higher education or a scientific institution, or state scientific center of the Russian 

Federation from the budget of the Russian Federation in the form of a grant to support scientific 

research conducted under direction of a leading scientists in that educational institution of higher 

education or a scientific institution, or state scientific center of the Russian Federation.
