ərbaycan rəhbərliyi beynəlxalq enerji bazarlarına, investisiyaların cəlb olunmasına və 

ölk

ənin ümumi rəqabət qabiliyyətinin artırılmasına meyllidir. Enerji subsidiyaları və tariflərin müəyyən 

olunması üzrə şəffaflığın və tərəflərin müzakirələrinin artırılması Azərbaycanın öz hədəflərinə çatmasına 

daha  da  yaxınlaşması  üçün  əhəmiyyətli  bir  addımdır.  Bu  cür  tərəfdaş  konsultasiyaları  səmərəsiz enerji 

subsidiyalarını, həmçinin hədəfli dəstək vasitəsilə həssas qrupları qoruyarkən bu növ subsidiyaları aradan 

qaldırmaq yollarını müəyyən etməyə kömək edəcəkdir.
