SUMMARY
The thesis is called "Improvement of sales directions in companies". The thesis
consists of
an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and a list of used literature.
The introduction of the thesis reveals
the relevance of the topic, the purpose
and
objectives of the study, the object and subject of research,
the theoretical and
practical significance of the research, the information base
and the structure of the
thesis.
The first chapter of the research is called "Sales and Management". Here are
the theoretical ideas about the essence and content
of sales and management,
communication methods of sales management.
The second chapter of the dissertation is called "The Study of the
Contemporary
Status
of
Communication
Methods
in
Management
of
Communication". Here is a study of the current
state of use of advertising
communication in sales management, as well as the
use of other communication
methods in sales management.
The third chapter, titled "Directions for improving business management on the
basis of marketing communications," is based on interactive marketing management
as a progressive communication methodology, improved
advertising campaigns and
improved sales management.
The result of the study has been reflected in the research results and relevant
proposals have been made.
