Osetiya, Abxaziya, Cənub-Şərqi Ukrayna, Dnestryanı və Şimali Qafqazdakı ra-
dikal islamçı qurumlar) çıxış edir. Bu regional konflikt ocaqları Qara dəniz re-
gionunda dövlətlərarası münasibətlərin inkişaf səviyyəsini müəyyən edən əsas 
amillərdəndir. Regional konfliktlər dövlətlərarası münasibətlərə birbaşa təsir edir 
ki, bu da ümumilikdə regional əlaqələrin güclənməsinə mənfi təsir göstərir. Mü-
asir dövrdə iqtisadi və siyasi reallıqlar regionda təhlükəsizliyi təmin edə biləcək 
qlobal güclərin yeni əməkdaşlıq formasını diqtə edir. Belə ki, yaxın gələcəkdə 
Rusiya, ABŞ, Aİ və NATO ayrılıqda Qara dəniz regionunda təhlükəsizliyin vahid 
qarantı kimi çıxış edə bilməyəcək və nəticədə  regionun siyasi və iqtisadi stabil-
liyinin təminatı qlobal güclərin regiona olan maraqlarının razılaşdırılmasından 
asılı olacaqdır.

The Black Sea region: current geopolitical situation   
The Black Sea region is one of the major and most important regions on 
the global geopolitical map. Today the internal composition of the region is 
quite chaotic, which leads to a clash of global interests. For a long time, the 
region has remained a sphere of interaction of various cultures and civilizati-
ons, as well as an area of permanent conflicts between external geopolitical 
players. Huge reserves of natural resources, major strategic transport corridors 
and rivalry over gaining the control over them will determine the shape of 
the geopolitical landscape in Eurasia in the upcoming future. The interaction 
between political and economic interests, security issues and conflicts in the 
region are analyzed in the article, which also explains the role of global and 
regional actors in the development of the region. The author seeks to forecast 
the perspectives and problems that would arise in the region.
