Subject of educational technology science, purpose and functions.

As a result of the expansion of educational content, goals and objectives with the passage of periods, its forms, methods and means are also improving. The main areas of current human activity are developing from this activity into a holistic system, that is, Technologies, which give the opportunity to fully realize the intended goals. Similarly, in the field of education, in recent years, educational technologies have begun to be actively practiced. It is known that the educational process consists in teaching one's knowledge and experience by the older generation to the growing generation, in the process of which, in principle, the transmission of the necessary information for human life from generation to generation is carried out.8
Human life is closely related to information. Each action of a person consists in the acquisition and transmission or use of Information, 7 its study, assimilation, preservation and enrichment. That is why the current human civilization is called the information civilization. The 21st century has not been called the age of information in vain. "Civilization is a high stagnant state of matter capable of obtaining the most information to collect, analyze and use information and to create information about the environment and itself.” From this definition it can be seen how important the importance of transmitting information from generation to generation, that is, educational educational work, is. That is, education is a condition of the existence of civilization. The word technology (Greek. the word” techno “– art, skill, competence,” logos " – science, doctrine, understanding, thought, meaning) is used in production in the sense of the sum of effective methods, system, leading to new qualitative and quantitative changes. Technologization of Education-a qualitative solution to the issues of educational development, indicates the universal design of the teaching process in achieving educational goals, regardless of the individual skill of the teacher. There are various definitions of educational technology, some of which we consider: technology is the sum of methods, paths used in something, in skill, in art (Explanatory Dictionary).
Technology is the sum of processing, the art of State transformation, skill, ability and methods (V.M.Shepel). Pedagogical technology-a set of psychological and pedagogical procedures (ustanovka)that determine the specific sum and component (location) of forms, methods, methods, paths, educational tools of teaching, education; it consists of organizational and methodological tools of the pedagogical process (B.T.Likhachev). Pedagogical technology-a description of the process of achieving the results of planned education (I.P.Volkov). Educational technology-structural process part of the didactic system (M.Choshanov).
Pedagogical technology-a model of joint pedagogical activity in which all the details of the educational institution are thought out on the design, organization and conduct of the provision of unconditionally favorable conditions for students and 8 teachers (V.M.Monakhov). Pedagogical technology is a systematic method of creating, applying and defining knowledge, taking into account the resources of the technical and individual and their interaction, which sets itself the task of effective forms of education in the process of teaching and mastering knowledge as a whole (UNESCO). Pedagogical technology-denotes the systematic sum of all personal opportunities, equipment and methodological tools used to achieve pedagogical goals and the procedure for their implementation (M.V.Clarin).9
Pedagogical technology is the absorption of the method of systematic thinking into pedagogy, in other words, bringing the pedagogical process into a certain system (T.Sakomoto). The essence of pedagogical technology is to achieve the didactic goal, the required level of acquisition, which is manifested in the advanced design of the educational process, taking into account its implementation (U.Nishanaliev). Based on these statements, the following generalized definitions of educational technology, taking into account the fact that it is a large-scale, vivid concept, can be cited: educational technology consists in the process of mastering information, using them in practice, teaching them to create new information by opening up new meanings and various connections between information.
Clearly scientifically designed, guaranteeing an effective result, reproducible, is a system of pedagogical actions organized at certain times and conditions. Pedagogical technology is the sum of educational methods, methods, paths and educational tools; it is a set of organizational and methodological tools of the pedagogical process. Educational technologies, as a theoretical science, form a separate direction of Pedagogical Sciences, have their own goals, objectives, problems, methodology and other theoretical foundations. 9 the purpose of the science of educational technology is to pursue strategic ways to further improve its quality with an unconventional approach to the implementation of new advanced ideas, educational innovations in the educational system, the organization and management of the pedagogical process.10
Educational technologies set themselves the goal for a short time to ensure the results that must be achieved with the economy of the student's strength, to form innovators who are able to introduce innovations in the field. Such a goal is established based on the conditions of today's conditions. The large information load falling on the shoulders of the student and the expansion of the system of requirements for future specialists presupposes the advancement of just such a goal.
Based on this goal, the tasks of science are determined, which arise from pedagogical tasks related to educational goals and the conditions for their implementation: -the development of thinking abilities, cognitive activity, creative abilities of those who receive education;
-the formation of skills and qualifications for independent work, research and self-development in them;
-the creation of an opportunity for the development of individual abilities of learners and the organization of education according to their individual needs;
-self-awareness, clear goal setting, formation of a conscious approach to activity and profession; - the development of skills for determining ways to solve problems;- the formation of;
-further improvement of the mechanisms of the technological process;
-determination of ways to optimize the educational process;
-selection and application of methods of pedagogical technology, acquisition of the basics of pedagogical skill.
The subject of the science of educational technologies is the creation of pedagogical foundations for the design and implementation of new pedagogical systems into educational and educational practice, determining the conditions for their management and successful implementation.11
