The human capital issues of Taiwan-based enterprises in Vietnam mainly 
occurred in employee recruitment and labor productivity. As far as the participants 
described in the interview, they have difficult to recruit local talents as well as a volume 
of workers at their factories are as if suburban, rural, mountain area and even industrial 
zones. Moreover, low labor productivity is also an important matter which companies 
concerned about.
