“The situation happened in our company that Vietnamese workers sometime make a
decision without discussing it with anyone and they think that it is better decision for
company, but for us, it
is opposed to company regular, for instance, a production
process have to spend 50 hours to finish totally, but sometime our employee
automatically adjusts the time of production down to 45

From
the response of participants, we can conclude that the difficulty on cross-
cultural management of Taiwanese companies in Vietnam is almost happened in
language barrier and cultural difference; especially it differs from personal view on
working environment. In turn, the language barrier could
lead the misunderstanding
situations happen in workplace and it affects to work progress as well as consequence
of production also.
