Through the response of interviewees, we clearly noticed that the participants
recognized benefits of employing local managers to their company in which the

advantages of language as well as deeply understand one’s culture are indicated in the
most.
Likewise, localization management is as a strategy of company’s HRM helping
to avoid conflict or strike activities occur, in the meanwhile promoting work effective
and productivity.
