4.8 Expenditures on and revenue from social media marketing in PACS
Budgets for social media marketing are relatively low when compared to expenditures on traditional
marketing. Two-thirds of 14 responding organizations spend less than 5% of the whole marketing budget on
social media activities. The rest of the respondents spend up to half of the marketing budget on social media.
The revenue generated from the social media marketing does not exceed 20% for 12 of the respondents.
