EL-HÂC EBÛ BEKİR EL-KEFEVÎ’NİN MECMUA-İ HUTBE İSİMLİ ESERİNDE HADÎS KULLANIMI Hasan YERKAZAN * Öz Cuma ve Bayram hutbeleri toplumu dinî konularda aydınlatma ve bilinçlendirme hususunda bü- yük bir görev ifa etmektedir. Bu bağlamda hutbeler çoğu zaman Müslümanların maddî ve manevî ihtiyaçları gözetilerek hazırlanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Tarihî süreç içerisinde hatiplere kolaylık sağ- lamak amacıyla belli başlı konularda hutbe kitapları da kaleme alınmıştır. Bu hutbe çalışmaların- dan birisi de 1190/1176 tarihinde Abdurrahman b. el-Hâc Ebû Bekir el-Kefevî tarafından Sinop’ta yazılan Mecmua-i hutbe isimli eserdir. Bu bildiride, 63 hutbeden müteşekkil Mecmua-i hutbe isimli eserin içerisinde bulunan hadîsler incelenmiş ve her bir hadîsin sıhhat ve kaynağı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde bu eserde toplam 38 hadîsin nakledildiği; hadîslerin büyük bir kısmının sahîh ve temel hadîs kaynaklarında yer aldığı görülmüştür. Sahîh hadîslerin yanı sıra hasen, zayıf ve mevzu olarak değerlendirilen hadîslerde bu hutbe mecmuasında bulun- duğu müşahede edilmiştir. In this context, the khutbahs/Sermons are mostly trying to prepare for the ma- terial and spiritual needs of the Muslims. During the historical process, khutbahs books have also been written on the main topics in order to provide convenience. One of these khutbah works is Mecmua-i hutbe, written by Abdurrahman al-Hâc Abu Bakr al-Kefevî on 1190/1176 in Sinop. In this study, the hadiths in the work named Mecmua-i hutbe which is made up of 63 khutbahs are examined and it has been tried to determine the authenticity and source of each hadith. As a result of the research, a total of 38 traditions were found in this work; it was seen that a great part of the hadiths were authentic (sahih) and took place in the basic hadith books. El-HÂC EBÛ BEKİR EL-KEFEVİ VE "MECMÛAİ HUTBE" ADLI ESERİNİN FIKHÎ TAHLİLİ Murat POLAT * Öz İslam dininde bilindiği gibi Cuma ve Bayram günleri Müslümanların kutsal zamanlarıdır. Bugün- lere mahsus camilerde salalar, hutbeler, namazlar ve çeşitli dini aktiviteler ikame edilir. Zira bu zamanlar, hafta içi vakit namazlarına gelemeyen Müslümanları haftada bir ya da en azından yılda bir defa toplamak ve onlara dini mesajlar vermek için çok önemli bir fırsattır. Bu fırsatın iyi de- ğerlendirilmesi hem cemaatin dini eğitim alabilmesine hem de cami ve imamına olan hüsnü te- veccühün kazanılmasına olanak sağlayabilir. Hutbe yazımı ve iradında önemli olan düstur, kısıtlı zaman diliminde zamanı iyi kullanarak etkili, dokunaklı ve kısa mesajları hedef kitleye ulaştır- maktır. Sinoplu bir âlim olan Abdurrahman b. el-Hâc Ebû Bekir el-Kefevî de bu amaçla hicri 12. asırda kısa, özlü ve tebvib (taksim) usulüyle hutbeler kaleme almıştır. Âlim, bu hutbeleri imla ederken çeşitli konularda bazı fıkhî hükümleri de cemaate arz etmekten geri durmamıştır. İşte bu çalışmada fasih, beliğ ve veciz bir şekilde ifade edilen bu hutbeler fıkhî açıdan değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuş, böylelikle âlimin ve o zamanki toplumun fıkıh kültürünü tespit etmek amaçlanmış- tır. Araştırma neticesinde hem âlimin hem de o zamanki toplumun fıkıh kültürünün gerçekten ideal seviyede olduğu görülmüştür. Special for todays Knels, Khutbah, Prayers and various religious activities are performed.in the mosque. These times are a very important opportunity to gather Muslims who can not come to their five time prayers once a week or at least once a year and give them religious messages. A good evaluation of this opportunity will enable both the community to receive religious education and to acquire the mosque and faithfulness to the İmam. The motto, which is important in the writing of the Khutbah and in the will, is to use effective time in a limited time frame to bring effective, touching and short messages to the target group. Abd al-Rahman b. al-Hajj Abu Bakr al-Kawawi who is a Sinope scholar. also received a short, concise and informal manner in the 12th century for this purpose. The researcher, while writing these Khutbah, did not stop at intro- ducing some jurisprudence to the congregation in various matters. In this work, these Khutbah, which are expressed in terms of facsimile, arbitrariness and clarity, have been subjected to an evaluation of the jurisprudence and thus aiming to identify the fiqh cult of the scholars and the society at that time. As a result of the research, it has been seen that both researcher and the fiqh cult of the society at that time are at the ideal level.
