Designed Professional Development School Survey for College of Education Faculty and analyzed results in order to enhance our elementary education program, Fall 2000-Spring 2001. Writing Research Lesson Study Group, worked collaboratively with Elementary Education Faculty who participated in Lesson Study Research, Fall 2003 and Spring 2004. Writing Research Support Group, Provided feedback to others, Fall 1999 and presented my research for peer review, October 21, 1999 Conducting a self-study of my learning theory, teaching practices and evaluation techniques, on-going.
