SİMPOzİUM   sYMPosiUM

On 18 Sept. the Board of Milan Polytechnic University arranged 

social dinner for the participants. Along with the symposium par-

ticipants, diplomats of Italy, Azerbaijan and Turkey and other of-

ficials also took part in the event. MIRAS Music Group performed 

Azerbaijani mugham during the event. The symposium participants 

were organized a tour to historical sites and places of interest of Italy 

including Milan, Venice, Verona and Como Cities within the sym-

posium. 

According  to  unanimous  opinion  of  the  symposium  participants, 

agreement  on  holding  7th  International  Turkic  Art,  Culture  and 

Cultural Activities Heritage Preservation Symposium in Baku was 

achieved. Basic trend of reports and speeches sounded at the sym-

posium  was  necessity  of  development  of  intercultural  dialogue  of 

mankind and more strengthening of its horizons. It was underscored 

that dialogue environment is urgent everywhere and everytime for 

living of peoples, nations, countries and states within unity, coopera-

tion and friendship conditions and that Turkic mobil world can be a 

paradigm in this work. In these terms the work done by Azerbaijani 

and Turkish state officials and public figures in this line was particu-

larly stated by the participants. It was noted the symposium played 

important role in the development of cultural relations of Azerbai-

jan, Turkey and Italy thereby serving to bring to the notice of inter-

national scientific community old Turkic history, richness of culture 

and art, as well as historically moral values.  

Təşkilat Komitəsinin baş katibi Prof. Dr. Ezio Arlati və MİRAS 

İctimai  Birliyinin  İtaliya  üzrə  təmsilçisi  Prof.  Dr.  Luigi  Scri-

nzi bu cür tədbirlərin Qərblə Şərq, İslam dünyası ilə Xristian 

dünyası  arasında  çox  etibarlı  bir  mənəvi  körpü  ola  biləcəyini 

vurğuladı  və  Milan  Politexnik  Universiteti  ilə  MİRAS  İctimai 

Birliyinin  həyata  keçirdiyi  birgə  layihələri  Milan-Expo  2015 

beynəlxalq  sərgisinə  hazırlıq  tədbirlərinin  tərkib  hissəsi  kimi 

dəyərləndirdilər.  Onlar  Azərbaycanın  Milan-Expo  2015 

sərgisində özünün tarixi-mədəni dəyərlərini çox effektli şəkildə 

təqdim  etmək  imkanlarına  malik  olduğunu  xüsusi  olaraq 

vurğuladılar.

Sentyabrın  18-də  Milan  Politexnik  Universitetinin  rəhbərliyi 

simpozium iştirakçıları üçün rəsmi ziyafət təşkil etdi. Ziyafətdə 

simpozium  iştirakçıları  ilə  yanaşı,  İtaliya,  Azərbaycan  və 

Türkiyənin  diplomatik  korpusunun  nümayəndələri  və  digər 

rəsmi  şəxslər  iştirak  etdi.  Mərasimdə  MİRAS  musiqi  qrupu   

muğam  dəstgahı  ilə  çıxış  etdi.  İştirakçılar  üçün  simpozium 

çərçivəsində İtaliyanın tarixi və görməli yerləri, o cümlədən Mi-

lan, Venesiya, Verona və Komo şəhərlərinə tur təşkil olundu.

Simpozium  iştirakçılarının  yekdil  rəyi  VII  Beynəlxalq  Türk 

Mədəniyyət,  İncəsənət  və  Mədəni  İrsin  Mühafizəsi  simpoziu-

munun Bakıda keçirilməsi haqqında razılıq əldə olundu.

A  seminar  entitled  “Dede  Qorqud  Land-

Bayburt,  Azerbaijan  and  Turkey  cultural 

relations” was held in October, 2012 year at 

Ensemble  of  Shirvanshahs  Palace  dedicated 

to  21st  anniversary  of  restoration  of  state 

independence  of  the  Republic  of  Azerbaijan 

co-organized by MIRAS Social Organization 

in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage 

and Bayburt Science, Education and Culture 

Association of Turkey. The seminar was sup-

ported by administration of State Historical-

Architectural Reserve Icherisheher.    

Associate  member  of  NASA,  Professor  Vali 

Aliyev,  chief  of  Agsu  archaeological  expedi-

tion,  Prof.  Gafar  Jabiyev,  employee  of  sci-

ence  department  of  Administration  of  State 

Historical-Architectural  Reserve  Icherishe-

her,  archaeologist  Kamil  Ibrahimov  spoke 

at  the  seminar.  Report  by  chairman  of  Tur-

key’s  BEKDER  Organization,  Mete  Emir 

on “ common ancestor of Turkic world-Dede 

Qorqud and Bayburt”, chief of Bayburt Tour-

ism  and  Culture  Department,  Adnan  Oku-

mush- “Castle city of Turkic tourism-Bayburt 

and tourism potentials”;  secretary general of 

Bayburt  Trade  and  Industry  Organization; 

Gokhan Önder Karaoğlu –“Yesterday, today 

and  tomorrow  of  Turkey-Azerbaijan  rela-

tions”  were  heard.  Within  the  event’s  scope 

an exhibition of well-known Turkish painter-

photographers  Zeynal  Abidin  Ozturk  and 

Feridun  Hajihasanzadeh  was  shown.  Later 

on a celebrity concert of members of Bayburt 

municipality Music Group, Turkish pop mu-

sicians  Murat  Turkoglu,  Artogrul  Bayhan, 

Emre Chikot and MIRAS Music Group was 

held.  Music  ensemble  of      administration  of 

State  Historical-Architectural  Reserve  Icher-

isheher was also performed. 

Let’s recall that, representatives of MIRAS So-

cial Organization participated some months 

ago at 18th International Dede Qorqud Festi-

val held in Bayburt. 

2012-ci  ilin  oktyabrında    Şirvanşahlar  sa-

ray kompleksində MİRAS İctimai Birliyi və 

Türkiyənin  Bayburt  Bilim,  Eğitim  və  Kül-

tür Dərnəyinin təşkilatçılığı ilə Azərbaycan 

Respublikasının  Dövlət  Müstəqilliyinin 

bərpasının  21-ci  ildönümünə  həsr  edil-

miş  “Dədə  Qorqud  yurdu  –  Bayburt. 

Azərbaycan  və  Türkiyə  mədəni  əlaqələri” 

mövzusunda  seminar  keçirildi.  Seminarın 

keçirilməsinə  İçərişəhər  Dövlət  Qoruğu 

İdarəsi tərəfindən dəstək verildi. 

Seminarda AMEA-nın müxbir üzvü, profes-

sor Vəli Əliyev, Ağsu arxeoloji ekspedisiyası-

nın rəisi professor Qafar Cəbiyev, İçərişəhər 

Dövlət  Qoruğu  İdarəsinin  şöbə  müdiri, 

arxeoloq  Kamil  İbrahimov  çıxış  etdilər. 

Türkiyə  BEKDER  Dərnəyinin  sədri  Mete 

Emir  “Türk  dünyasınıən  ortaq  atası  Dədə 

Qorqud və Bayburt”,  Bayburt İl Turizm və 

Kültür müdiri Adnan Okumuş “Türk turiz-

minin qala şəhəri Bayburt və turizm poten-

sialları”,  Bayburt  Ticarət  və  Sənaye  Odası 

baş  katibi  Gokhan  Önder  Karaoğlunun  

“Türkiyə-Azərbaycan  əlaqələrinin  dünəni, 

bugünü və sabahı” mövzusunda məruzələri 

dinlənildi.

 Tədbir çərçivəsində tanınmış türk rəssam-

fotoqrafları  Zeynal  Abidin  Öztürkün  və 

Ferudin  Hacıhasanzadenin  əsərlərindən 

ibarət sərgi nümayiş olundu. 

Daha  sonra  Bayburt  Bələdiyyəsi  Musiqi 

Qrupunun  üzvləri,  türk  pop  musiqisi  ifa-

çıları  Murat  Türkoğlu,  Ərtoğrul  Bayhan, 

Əmrə Çikotun və MİRAS musiqi qrupunun 

bayram konserti təqdim olundu. Konsertdə 

İçərişəhər Dövlət Qoruğu İdarəsinin musi-

qi kollektivləri də çıxış etdilər.

Xatırladaq ki, bir neçə ay öncə MİRAS İc-

timai Birliyinin nümayəndə heyəti də Bay-

burtda  keçirilən  XVIII  Beynəlxalq  Dədə 

Qorqud festivalında iştirak etmişdi.
