education suffers much more crucial issues in the way
of development of primary
education in the country. One of the main outstanding issues in the sphere is an
excessive number of pupils in the classrooms. Sometimes, the number reaches 40-45
children, whereas the classroom capacity is designed for 25 individuals, however
(Shaturaev, 2014). It troubles the teacher to check
up on home tasks and work
individually with students. As the population grows, demand for schools increases
dramatically, hence, students must be queued at the Public
Service Agency in each
region of the country. The government of Uzbekistan has officially granted
businessmen the nod to establish private schools.
