qarşısının  alınması  üzrə  tədbirlər  planını  və  onların  nəticələrinin  aradan 
qaldırılması tədbirlərini; habelə

an  environmental  impact and health  and  safety  assessment and a  plan  for 
preventing  environmental  pollution  and  any  environmental  accident,  and 
for steps to clean-up any pollution; and 
 
 
(vi) 
İşlənmə  proqramının  hər  mərhələsinin  başa  çatması  üçün  müddətlərin 
qiymətləndirilməsini. 
(vi) 
estimates  of  the  time  required  to  complete  phases  of  the  Development 
Program. 
 
 
(b) 
Əgər  Podratçı  İşlənmə  proqramını  yuxarıda  göstərilən  doxsan  (90)  gün  ərzində 
təqdim  etmirsə,  ARDNŞ-ın  yuxarıdakı  doxsan  (90)  günlük  müddət  bitdikdən 
sonra otuz (30) gün ərzində Podratçıya yazılı bildiriş verərək Sazişə xitam vermək 
hüququ var və Podratçının hər hansı məsrəflərinin əvəzi ödənilmir. 
(b) 
In the event Contractor does not submit the Development Program within ninety 
(90) days period referred to above, SOCAR shall have the right to terminate this 
Agreement  by  giving  written  notice  to  Contractor  within  thirty  (30)  days 
following the expiry of the said ninety (90) days period, and any costs incurred by 
Contractor shall not be recoverable. 
 
 
(c)  
İşlənmə  proqramını  aldıqdan  sonra  otuz  (30)  gün  ərzində  Rəhbər  komitə 
Podratçıdan onun asanlıqla əldə edəcəyi və İşlənmə proqramını qiymətləndirmək 
üçün həqiqətən lazım ola biləcək əlavə məlumatlar tələb edə bilər. 
(c) 
Within  thirty  (30)  days  of  receipt  of  the  Development  Program  the  Steering 
Committee  may  request  Contractor  to  provide  such  further  information  as  is 
readily  available  to  Contractor and as may  be  reasonably  needed  to  evaluate  the 
Development Program. 
 
 
(d) 
Əgər  Rəhbər  komitə İşlənmə  proqramını  aldıqdan  sonra  altmış  (60)  gün  ərzində 
həmin  proqramda  hər  hansı  dəyişiklik  edilməsi  barədə  Podratçıya  yazılı  sorğu 
vermirsə, İşlənmə proqramı təsdiq və qəbul olunmuş hesab edilir. Rəhbər komitə 
İşlənmə  proqramında  hər  hansı  dəyişiklik  edilməsi  barədə  Podratçıya  sorğu 
verdiyi  hallarda,  Podratçı  tələb  olunan  dəyişikliklər  barədə  Rəhbər  komitənin 
yazılı  bildirişini  aldıqdan  sonra  Tərəflər  ən  geci  on  beş  (15)  gün  müddətində 
sorğunu  müzakirə  etmək  məqsədi  ilə  görüşürlər.  Tərəflərin  razılığı  əsasında 
edilmiş  hər  hansı  dəyişiklik  İşlənmə  proqramına  əlavə  edilir  və  sonra  təsdiq  və 
qəbul edilmiş sayılır. 
(d) 
Unless  the  Steering Committee requests  in  writing to  Contractor any  changes  to 
the  Development  Program  within  sixty  (60)  days  of  receipt  thereof,  the 
Development Program shall be deemed approved and accepted. In the event that 
the  Steering  Committee requests  any  changes to  the  Development  Program  then 
the Parties shall meet within fifteen (15) days of receipt by Contractor of Steering 
Committees  written  notification  of  requested  changes  and  shall  discuss  such 
request. Any agreed revision shall be incorporated into the Development Program 
which shall be deemed to be approved and accepted. 
 
 
(e)  
Podratçı  Neft-qaz  əməliyyatlarını  İllik  iş  proqramlarının  və  Büdcələrin  icrası 
vasitəsilə aparır  və  bunların təsdiq  edilməsi  İşlənmə  proqramına  zəruri  dərəcədə 
yenidən baxılması sayılır. 
(e) 
Implementation  of  Petroleum  Operations  by  Contractor  shall  be  through  Annual 
Work Programs and Budgets, the approval of which shall be deemed to amend the 
Development Program to the extent necessary. 
 
 
(f) 
Podratçı istənilən vaxt İşlənmə proqramında dəyişikliklər edilməsinə o cümlədən 
əlavə  kəşflər  üzrə  təkliflərə  dair  Rəhbər  komitəyə  təkliflər  verə  bilər.  Verilən 
təkliflər  beynəlxalq  neft-qaz  sənayesi  standartlarına  müvafiq  olaraq  Kontrakt 
sahəsindən  Karbohidrogenlərin  səmərəli  və  optimal  işlənməsi  və  hasilatı 
prinsiplərinə  uyğun  gəlməli  və  Rəhbər  komitə  tərəfindən  təsdiq  edilməlidir,  belə 
təsdiqdən əsassız imtina edilməməlidir. 
(f) 
Contractor may at any time submit to the Steering Committee proposals to revise 
the Development Program. These proposals shall be consistent with the principles 
of  efficient  and  optimum  development  and  production  of  Petroleum  from  the 
Contract Area in accordance with international Petroleum industry standards and 
shall  be  subject  to  the approval  of  the  Steering  Committee,  such  approval not  to 
be unreasonably withheld. 
 
 
(g) 
Hər  hansı  haldan,  o  cümlədən  Fors-major  hallarından  asılı  olmayaraq,  əgər 
İşlənmə proqramının Rəhbər komitə tərəfindən təsdiqindən sonra iyirmi dörd (24) 
ay  ərzində  İşlənmə  proqramına    uyğun  olaraq,  Podratçı  tərəfindən 
Karbohidrocenlərin işlənməsi və hasilatı başlanmayıbsa, dicər razılaşmalar istisna 
olmaqla ARDNŞ-ın yazılı bildiriş verərək Sazişə xitam vermək hüququ var və bu 
halda Podratçının hər hansı məsrəflərinin əvəzi ödənilmir. 
(g) 
If  within  twenty  four  (24)  months  of  the  date  of  approval  by  the  Steering 
Committee  of  the  Development  Program  Contractor,  irrespective  of  any 
circumstances including Force Majeure, has failed to commence the development 
and  production  of  Petroleum  pursuant  to  the  Development Program, then  unless 
otherwise agreed, SOCAR shall be entitled by giving written notice to terminate 
this  Agreement  and any  unrecovered  costs  incurred  by  Contractor  to  the  date  of 
such notice shall not be recoverable.
