to have a well‐considered build‐up and coordination of their military
and energy instruments in order to conduct a successful security policy
and military-political presence.
Briefly, the military-political presence of the U.S and the
Russia in the post-Soviet Southern Caucasus region is not based only
their national interests but mostly power showing competition
between two hegemon world states.
