Avaraq çayı Şamaxı meşəsi Şahdağ Milli Parkı AZƏRBAYCAN MEŞƏLƏRİNİN DAVAMLI İDARƏ EDİLMƏSİNİN ƏSASLARI BİOEKOLOJİ TƏLƏBLƏR BASES OF SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF AZERBAIJAN FORESTS BIO ECOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS Allahverdi Dolxanov 1950-ci il dekabrın 25-də Ağdam rayonunun Novruzlu kəndində repressiya ailəsində anadan olmuşdur. 1970-1977-ci illərdə Dağlıq Qarabağ Muxtar Vilayəti Xankəndi şəhərində Suvarma Sistem- ləri İdarəsində mühəndis və Şuşa şəhərində müəllim işləmişdir. 1981-ci ildə Rostov vilayətinin Novo-Çerkassk şəhərində Qırmızı Əmək Bayrağı ordenli Mühəndis-Meliorator İnstitutunun meşə təsərrüfatı fakültəsini bitirməklə meşə təsərrüfatı mühəndisi ixti- sasını almışdır. 1977-1992-ci illərdə Azərbaycan Elmi-Tədqiqat Meşəçilik İnstitutunda baş elmi işçi, laboratoriya müdiri, El- mi-Tədqiqat Meşə Təcrübə Stansiyasının direktoru, Dövlət Təbiəti Mühafizə Komitəsində meşələrin qorunması və mühafizəsi üzrə böyük mühəndis, Azərbaycan Təbiəti Mühafizə Cəmiyyətinin Mərkəzi Təftiş Komissiyasının üzvü və Azərbaycan Meşə İstehsalat Birliy- ində aparıcı mütəxəssis vəzifəsində işləmişdir. Azərbaycan Təbiəti Mühafizə Cəmiyyətinin Mərkəzi Şurasının gərarı ilə 1982-ci ildə ətraf mühitin mühafizəsində fəallığına görə medal- la təltif edilmişdir. 1991-ci ildə Moskva şəhərində Ümumittifaq Meşə Təsərrüfatı və Meşə Mexanizasiya İnstitutunda namizədlik dissertasiyası müdafiə etmişdir. 2005-2011-ci illərdə 122 saylı Xankəndi şəhər Seçki Dairəsinin sədri vəzifəsində işləmişdir. Hal-hazırda Bakı Dövlət Universitetinin Ekologiya və Torpaqşünaslıq fakültəsinin coğrafi-ekologiya kafe- drasının dosenti, Ekologiya Təbii Sərvətlər Nazirliyi İxtisasartırma və İxtisaslaşdırma İnsti- tutunun meşəçilik şöbəsinin rəisi vəzifəsində işləyir. 60 elmi əsərin, o cümlədən, "Təbiət- dən istifadənin hüquqi əsasları" dərsliyinin,tədris proqramlarının, metodiki göstərişlərin və vəsaitlərin müəllifidir. Lalə Dadaşova Biologiya üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqo- ji Universitetinin biologiya fakultəsində təhsil almışdır, AMEA Mərkəzi Nəbatat Bağının aspirantura şöbəsini bitirmişdir. Azər- baycan Respublikası Təhsil Nazirliyi Respublika Ekoloji Tərbiyə və Təcrübəçilik Mərkəzində pedaqoji fəaliyyəti dövründə mək- təblilərin ekoloji təhsili və tərbiyə sahəsində bir çox beynəlxalq ekoloji maarifləndirmə layihələrinin və kütləvi ekoloji tədbirlərin təşkilində iştirak edib. Ekologiya və ətraf mühit üzrə tədris pro- qramlarının, “Gənc meşəçilər məktəbi” metodik vəsaitinin və metodik tövsiyələrin müəl- lifidir. Bundan əlavə nadir bitkilərin bioloji müxtəlifliyinin öyrənilməsinə və qorunmasına dair 30 elmi əsəri ölkəmizdə və xaricdə elmi jurnallarda dərc olunmuş, elmi-praktik kon- frans və seminarlarda məruzə edilmişdir. Azər Qarayev ENPI/FLEG Proqramının Azərbaycan üzrə əlaqələndiricisidir. 1986-cı ildə Azərbaycan Tikinti Mühəndislər İnsitutunu bitirmiş və 1992-ci ildə Leninqrad Meşə Texniki Akademiyasını bitirmis- dir. Bir necə illər milli içtimaı təşkilatın rəhbəri vəzifəsində çalışıb. Ətraf mühitin, bioloji müxtəlifliyin qorunması haqqında maarifləndirmə, davamlı inkişaf üzrə proqramların və layihələrin müəllifidir. Avropa Kommissiyası, İUCN, Dünya Bankı və Azər- baycanda digər beynəlxalq təşkilatlar tərəfindən texniki dəstək sahəsində həyata keçirilən layihələrdə iştirak etmişdir.Yoxanes- burqda keçirilən Davamlı İnkişaf üzrə Dünya Sammitinə akkreditə olunub. Bir sira beynəlx- alq nəşrlərin redaktə şuralarının üzvüdür, ətraf mühitin mühafizəsinə aid elmi-kütləvi məqa- lələrin və dərs vəsaitlərinin müəllifidir.
