Uvod
Zavisnost od droga je stanje periodične ili
hro nične intoksikacije prirodnim ili sintetskim
drogama. Zavisnost karakteriše-snažna želja, tj.
neodooljiva potreba za nabavljanjem i konzu-
ma
cijom droge, tendencija povećavanja unete
ko ličine droge, tj. povećanje tolerancije na dro -
gu, fizička i/ili psihička zavisnost, štetne po sle -
di ce po zdravlje konzumenta i poremećaj u druš -
tve nom i socijalnom funkcionisanju.

Habituacija (psihička zavisnost) je intenzi -
v na želja, a poneka i nesavladiva potreba za dro-
gom bez znakova psihičke i fizičke zavisnosti i
bez većih posledica po okolinu.

SAŽETAK
Sažetak: Inicirajući korak u tretmanu opijatskog zavis-
nika preduzima se od strane konzumenta, što je najređi
slučaj, porodice-ukoliko nije bila destruktuirana pre pojave
adikcije, te je preživela destabilizaciju i funkcionalno je
oču vana, ali i kroz pravni okvir, sprovođenjem propisane
za konske regulative. Povezanost droge i kriminala pred-
met je multidisciplinarnih studija obzirom da je kriminal
naj drastičnija forma amoralnog ponašanja, a veza između
zlo upotrebe psihoaktivnih supstanci i nasilja je sve veći
iza zov za stručnjake raznih profila. Rad se bavi sociode-
mo grafskim prikazom dve grupe ispitanika. Onih koji su
došli dobrovoljno na lečenje i onih koji su sankcionisani od
strane društva zbog kriminalnih aktivnosti i nad kojima se
sprovodi mera medicinskog karaktera u našoj ustanovi. U
radu će biti prezentovano sopstveno istraživanje sa ciljem
prikaza postojanja kauzalne veze između godina početka,
intenziteta i dužine uzimanja heroina i kriminalnih aktiv -
nosti. Takođe će biti prezentovan i forenzički profil lica ko -
ja su lečena u Službi za psihijatriju nakon završetka sud-
skog procesa i izricanja mere obaveznog psihijatrijskog
le čenja na slobodi.Cilj je prikazati povezanost modela ko -
riš ćenja opijata sa modelom kriminogenih aktivnosti. Uzo -
rak je obuhvatio 60 opijatskih zavisnika u dva terapijska
modaliteta-terapijski tretman duževremenog održavanja
na metadonu i terapijski tretman opijatskim blokatorom
Na lorexom, i drugu grupu od 30 ispitanika koji su takođe
opijatski zavisnici i nad kojima se sporovodi mera bezbed-
nosti medicinskog karaktera. Istraživanje je obavljeno u
Službi za psihijatriju Opšte bolnice u Leskovcu. Studija je
dizajnirana po retrospektivnom modelu i obuhvata uzorak
prikupljen u periodu od 1. 1. 2011 - 1. 1. 2014. godine, sa
ele mentima komparativne analize pojedinih sociodemo
-
graf skih varijabli prikazanih grupa opijatskih zavisnika.
Ključne reči: sudska psihijatrija, socijalni i pravni
aspekt.
SUMMARY
Initiating step in opiate addict’s treatment is undertak-
en by a consumer, which is the rarest case, then, by the
family - but only if the family was not destructive be fo re
the appearance of addiction, that it survived the de sta bi-
lization and that it is functionally preserved, and also th ro -
u gh the legal framework by implementation of the is su ed
le gal regulative. The connection between the drug and cri -
mi nal is the subject of multidisciplinary studies sin ce the
cri minal is the most drastic form of amoral behavior, and
the connection between misuse of psychoactive substa n -
c es and violence is the increasing challenge for pro fessi -
o nals of different profiles. This research is about so cio-de -
mo graphic view of two groups of examinees: tho se who
vo luntarily came to the treatment and those who we re sa -
n ctioned by the society because of the criminal ac tivities
and on whom the measure of medical character is done in
our facility. In this paper the own research will be present-
ed with the aim of showing the existence of ca u sal conne -
c tion between the year of start, intensity and the length of
us ing heroin and criminal activities. Forensic pr ofile of pe -
o ple who are treated in the service of psychia try after the
tri al had been finished and mandatory measu res of psych -
i atric treatment are passed at large will be pre sented as
we ll. The aim is to show the connection be t ween the mo -
del of consuming the opiates and the model of criminal ac -
ti vities. The sample includes 60 opiate ad di c ts in two ther-
ap eutic modalities - therapy treatment of lo ng-te rm suste -
n tion on methadone and therapy treatment with opiate bl -
o cker Nalorex, and the second group of 30 ex aminees
who are opiate addicts too, and on whom the me dical me -
a sure of safety is done. The research is done in the servi -
ce of psychiatry in General Hospital in Les ko vac. The st -
u dy is designed according to the retrospective mo del and
it includes the samples collected from 1st, Ja nu ary, 2011
to 1st, January, 2014, with the elements of comparative
analysis of certain socio-demographic variables of shown
groups of opiate addicts.
